Investment Advice

Miraj International Investment Ltd. provides investment services to Banks and institutions to create gold funds and gold bullion funds. We present full package services to our client.

In respect of the setup of the gold fund and gold bullion fund :

• Preparation of the offering documentation and contracts;


• Preparation of Memorandum and Articles of Association;


• Establishing operational procedures;


• Generally coordinating all affairs and liaising with service providers to be appointed.

For the above services, we offer and propose to charge a fixed organisational fee of USD $250.000.Our organisational fee is also exclusive of any disbursements and all expenses incurred by our firm.

Once the fund is established, we receive from the assets under management (AUM) 0,25 bases as a trailer fee from the total asset under management.
